Pippa Day, Director of Business Development and Operations

Pippa Day is an experienced business development and operations professional with a background in strategic planning, income generation, and financial management within the not-for-profit sector.  

As Director of Business Development and Operations at the UK Research Integrity Office (UKRIO), Pippa works to strengthen the organisation’s reach and financial sustainability through collaborative partnerships, responsive programme development, and thoughtful resource planning.  

This role includes identifying opportunities to engage new audiences, supporting the development of UKRIO’s education and training portfolio, and helping shape the charity’s value proposition in line with sector needs. Pippa also contributes to financial planning and operational delivery, ensuring UKRIO’s activities are both impactful and cost-effective. 

Her work supports UKRIO’s mission to promote good research practice and prevent misconduct, ensuring the organisation remains a trusted, reliable and effective voice in the research landscape.
