Our 2025/2026 Work Programme

Our 2025/2026 Work Programme
UKRIO is pleased to present its 2025/2026 Work Programme – a roadmap for the year ahead, shaped by insights from the research community.
Drawing on our recent stakeholder survey, the programme sets out how we will deepen our support and respond to the challenges you told us matter most. It highlights our key workstreams for 2025–2026 and the projects, activities, and initiatives we’ll pursue – from new online training on research ethics to practical tools for the responsible use of AI in research.
You’ll also find details of our full range of existing services, including our subscription service for research organisations, and how they can help you embed integrity into your work.
We hope you find it valuable, and we look forward to working with you to make 2025 a year of real progress for research integrity.
Re-watch our launch event
On 10 September, we presented our 2025–2026 Work Programme during the first session of our new Connect with UKRIO series. In this session, we were joined by members of the research community to explore the programme in detail, including the community-led process that shaped our workstreams, projects, and goals for the year. Re-watch the event below.
Connect with UKRIO is a new event series running throughout 2025–2026. It provides an open forum for the research community to hear directly from UKRIO staff about their work to advance research integrity, the benefits for research practice, and opportunities to get involved.
