UKRIO announces new research ethics online training suite

UKRIO is pleased to announce a new suite of online training – The ethics of research involving human participants – available exclusively to subscribers from 10 December 2025.
Developed with the University of Suffolk and reviewed by experts from across disciplines, the courses provide practical, interactive guidance to help researchers and staff navigate ethical challenges when working with human participants. They are suitable for learners at all career stages, including researchers, research managers, and members of Research Ethics Committees.
The package includes three standalone courses:
- The ethics of research involving human participants: an introduction
- Navigating emotionally challenging or sensitive research
- Research with children and young people
Subscriber organisations will receive free, unlimited access for six months from launch.
