Are you an experienced programme manager passionate about research integrity?
UKRIO is recruiting a Programmes Manager to play a central role in delivering our expanding programme of work during an exciting period of organisational development. This pivotal role will see you lead day-to-day programme delivery, manage projects across the organisation, and work closely with colleagues, Associates, volunteers, and advisory bodies to produce high-quality, evidence-based outputs for the research community.
About the role
This position offers a unique opportunity to:
• Lead and manage the delivery of UKRIO’s programmes, projects, and initiatives.
• Coordinate contributions from internal teams, associates, volunteers, and advisory groups.
• Translate expert insight into practical guidance, resources, training, and events.
• Ensure outputs are high-quality, evidence-based, and aligned with sector needs.
• Support the Director of Programmes in evolving UKRIO’s programme of work.
What we are looking for
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
• Have a strong understanding of research integrity, research culture, and the wider research landscape.
• Bring experience of managing and delivering multiple projects or programmes to time, budget, and standard.
• Excel at stakeholder engagement and collaboration across diverse groups.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to produce clear, usable outputs for varied audiences.

📍 Hybrid role – London Euston (2 days per week in office)
🕓 Full-time, fixed-term contract (12 months, with potential extension)
💷 £40,000–£45,000, dependent on experience
