Are you a strategic and hands-on leader passionate about research integrity? 

UKRIO is recruiting a Director of Programmes to help shape our next chapter. This pivotal role will see you lead and deliver high-quality programmes, oversee our Advisory Service, and work with a small team, associates, and expert volunteers to deliver high-quality, impactful guidance and resources for the research community. 

✅ This is a unique opportunity to: 
• Lead and develop UKRIO’s programmes and services to meet sector needs. 
• Oversee the Advisory Service, ensuring expert, quality-assured responses. 
• Evaluate and evolve programmes, introducing innovation where needed. 
• Contribute to UKRIO’s long-term strategy as part of the senior leadership team. 

👥 You’ll thrive in this role if you: 
• Have strong expertise in research integrity and the wider research landscape. 
• Bring at least five years’ experience delivering programmes in research, higher education, or the charity sector. 
• Are a values-led leader with experience managing teams and projects to achieve excellence. 
• Excel at stakeholder engagement and communication. 

📍 Hybrid role – London Euston (2 days per week in office) 
🕓 Permanent full-time role (1.0 FTE) | £60,000–£65,000, dependent on experience
