JISC: Research integrity conference – the importance of good data managment

On 13th September 2011, the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) held a conference to discuss the importance of integrity in research data and the variety of challenges facing institutions and researchers.

UKRIO contributed to the strand on institutional challenges, with James Parry, Acting Head of UKRIO, discussing the issues as seen from our unique perspective and some recurring themes and notable pitfalls relating to data management.
