European Science Foundation: European Peer Review Guide

Another publication from ESF, the European Peer Review Guide are the first international guidelines for the peer review of research grants, describing principles for safeguarding fairness and credibility in peer review. The ‘Guide is a joint effort by more than 30 national funding and performing organisations from 23 countries, the European Research Council, the European Commission and Research Executive Agency.
