Edie Gossage joins UKRIO as Operations Manager

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Edie Gossage as UKRIO’s new Operations Manager.
In this role, Edie will lead the day-to-day operational functions of UKRIO, overseeing governance, supplier relationships, HR, and finance to enhance the organisation’s effectiveness in supporting the research community. Her work will ensure that UKRIO’s internal systems and processes are robust, efficient, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
Edie brings experience in operational leadership and project management within fast-paced environments. Throughout her career, she has championed operational efficiency and excellence, with a particular focus on managing complex, business-critical projects and streamlining workflows. She is keen to apply this expertise to ensure UKRIO is well positioned to deliver on its long-term strategic goals.
Before joining UKRIO, Edie held Operations and Project Manager roles where she specialised in strengthening stakeholder coordination and driving organisational improvement. Having transitioned from a mission-driven tech-for-good organisation into the charity sector, she is looking forward to learning from and working with UKRIO’s expert community. Edie is also excited to support UKRIO as it continues to expand its impact across the research integrity landscape and navigate the sector’s evolving challenges.
