Khanisa is a strategic and values-led leader with more than 10 years’ experience delivering impactful programmes across the public, research, data science, and AI sectors.

Her background includes leading cross-functional initiatives, managing teams and complex stakeholder relationships, producing strategic reports and data analyses, and delivering training programmes. She has managed multi-million-pound research projects, implemented institutional and governance frameworks, and contributed to national efforts to advance equity in research and technology.

As a Programmes Manager at UKRIO, Khanisa plays a central role in delivering the organisation’s expanding programme of work. She leads day-to-day programme delivery, manages cross-organisational projects, and works closely with diverse stakeholders to produce high-quality, evidence-based outputs for the research community.

She is committed to driving meaningful change and looks forward to contributing to the advancement of research integrity across the UK.
