UKRIO 2013 annual conference
UKRIO held the first Annual Conference for its subscribers in March 2013, at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna in the City of London.
Speakers from UKRIO and other experts in research integrity discussed how to promote and sustain good research practice and how to avoid common issues and pitfalls. The underlying theme of the event was sharing lessons learned from UKRIO’s unique and extensive experience. The conference also provided a forum for our subscribers to discuss the issues which matter to them and share their own experiences.
We received extremely positive feedback from delegates, on the conference itself and also on the wider work of UKRIO.
A report on the 2013 Annual Conference is available below, along with a one-page summary:
A selection of presentations from the conference is available below:
- J Parry UKRIO Implementation of The Concordat to Support Research Integrity – Lessons learnt by UKRIO
- E Wager UKRIO How easy is it to find research integrity contact details from UK university websites
Please note that speakers have requested that their presentations are not hosted on any institutional websites. Copyright of the presentation rests with the speaker and/or their institution, unless otherwise stated. Use of any presentation for commercial gain or purposes requires the prior permission of the speaker.
UKRIO is a charitable organisation funded entirely through subscriptions. We are grateful to CMS Cameron McKenna for hosting our 2013 conference and to the Association of Research Managers and Administrators for its generous support.
