You can log in by clicking on the person icon on the top right-hand side of the UKRIO homepage.

Once logged in you can navigate the subscriber area via four tabs:

We hope that the portal is self-explanatory but additional notes are listed below for each of the four tabs.

The following instructions are in the order they appear on this web page once you have logged in.

Subscriber content:

Subscriber links to:

Subscriber Resources from UKRIO

The subscriber resources work in the same way as the main subscriber resources. They are listed into 7 themes; they are searchable, and you can also include all UKRIO’s resources from the main site in your search.

Resources and requests from subscribers

Once you have clicked on this tab it gives you four options:

In the share a resource with subscribers’ tab, it is only possible to add a link to a publicly accessible URL. We suggest that if something has not been formally published, e.g. a PDF, it could be added to your website media library and the URL can be shared without being listed on the main website. Unfortunately, UKRIO cannot host subscriber content on its website.

Once you have submitted your resource it will appear in Resources from Subscribers.

If you are submitting a request, either for collaboration or for a panel member, please complete the appropriate form by following the instructions on these pages. Once you have submitted the form it will come to the UKRIO office for approval. Then it will be emailed to the contacts that have opted to receive notifications.
