Publication of draft Montreal Statement on research integrity

In May, the third World Conference on Research Integrity took place in Montreal. Delegates from many countries discussed how to promote integrity in academic, scientific and medical research, and guard against poor practice and fraud. Professor Michael Farthing, Vice-Chair of UKRIO, delivered one of the keynote addresses and Dr Liz Wager of our Advisory Board presented recent research on research integrity.

One of the aims of the conference was to produce new and practical guidance on research integrity. A draft statement on good practice in cross-boundary research collaborations is now available:
