Register for the 2026 UKRIO symposium

Join us for our annual forum on research integrity

The UKRIO 2026 symposium will take place on 13 May. As one of the UK’s leading annual forums on research integrity, it brings together thought leaders, decision-makers, and practitioners to promote shared understanding, coordinated approaches, and system-wide good practice across the research system.

Research integrity as a driver for growth, knowledge, and innovation

This year’s symposium will examine the UK’s renewed emphasis on research as a catalyst for economic growth, innovation, and knowledge production – and the central role that research integrity plays in achieving these ambitions.

A flagship event for the research community

The UKRIO symposium brings together thought leaders, decision-makers, and practitioners who shape the norms, standards, and practices of the UK research landscape.

It is valuable for all research stakeholders involved in research, including:

  • researchers committed to high-quality practice
  • research managers and integrity professionals strengthening policy and culture
  • senior leaders seeking to inform institutional strategy
  • funders and policymakers shaping regulatory frameworks
  • research support roles interested in an integrity-led approach
