Omar Qureshi is a partner at law firm CMS Cameron McKenna LLP. He is the head of the firm’s Anticorruption practice. He advises clients across various industry sectors in connection with disputes, risk, compliance and controls to mitigate fraud, money laundering and bribery risks. He also advises clients on internal and external investigations and the issues arising from them. He regularly speaks and writes on corruption issues and co-wrote Intellect’s Bribery Act handbook, providing guidance for the technology industry on anti-bribery compliance. He is also the editor of the CMS Guide to Anti-Bribery & Corruption Laws.
Omar is a member of the City of London Law Society Corporate Crime and Corruption Committee and the FCPA / Anti-Corruption Sub-Committee of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section, White Collar Crime Committee.
