Royal Society publishes statement on research integrity

The Royal Society has published a statement on research integrity.

The statement sets out key principles and expected behaviours regarding research integrity, research ethics and addressing research misconduct. It covers Fellows of the Royal Society and any individuals or institutions in receipt of grants from the Society.

The statement notes that researcher behaviours and practices should align with best practice guidance, including UKRIO’s Code of Practice for Research, to which the Society is a signatory.
